Abstract ―​

The problem in this research is the low thematic learning outcomes for grade IV Elementary School North Teluk Betung Cluster. The purpose of this study was to describe a significant relationship between parental participation and emotional intelligence on student learning outcomes during the covid-19 pandemic. This type of research is an ex-post-facto correlation. The population in this research is 134 students and the research sample was determined by Proportional Random Sampling with a total of 57 students. The data collection instrument was a questionnaire with a Likert scale, which was tested for the validity and reliability of the instrument. Analysis of the data used is Product Moment correlation. The results of the study found a significant relationship between parental participation and emotional intelligence on student learning outcomes with a correlation coefficient of 0.768 at the "Strong" level.
